Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery then takes 2–4 working days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Standard UK delivery is £3.95, and delivery is free on orders over £30. Next-day and international options are shown at checkout where available.

Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout based on your address. Any import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Yes. A tracking link is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. If it has not arrived within 24 hours of your confirmation email, please check your spam folder or get in touch.

If you change your mind, you can return an unused umbrella in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of the item reaching us.

Contact us with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. If it is a manufacturing fault we will replace it or refund you in full, and cover the return postage.

Every OMBRELLAS umbrella is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear.

Yes. A single button opens and closes the umbrella, so you can manage it one-handed while carrying bags or a phone.

The canopy is supported by ten reinforced fibreglass ribs designed to flex under pressure and return to shape, rather than bending or snapping like a cheap frame. It is built for ordinary British weather, not a storm on an exposed clifftop.

Yes. Folded, it is roughly 30 cm long, which fits most handbags, rucksacks and glove compartments.

Every umbrella comes in a printed kraft gift box with a protective sleeve as standard, so it is ready to give without any extra wrapping.

Open it to dry fully before storing, and avoid folding it away soaking wet for long periods. Wipe the canopy with a damp cloth if needed — no machine washing.

We are flexible and happy to start small so you can test how the product sells. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will let you know the best price for it.
